Kale is awesome, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. We gave him some pretty narrow parameters to work with and he did a great job at finding homes within those parameters for us to look at and we ended up buying one of them! He's always great with communication and responds quickly to calls, texts, emails, etc. Whenever we met up to look at a house he was always there waiting for us and had all the info for each on hand for us. Sometimes we had questions about a house that had to be run through the seller or agent and Kale was always quick to find out the info and get it relayed back to us in no time. He worked very hard to help us find the right place and when it came time to draw up the papers he was a wizard getting all the documents to us to sign and then dashing them out to whomever they needed to go to agent, mortgage, etc. It was a pleasure working with Kale and I hope you get the privilege to work with him as well!
