Harvard–Belmont · Landmark District
Homes in the district hold value more consistently than any other corridor on the Hill. I sit on the Historical Society board — I understand the overlay.
E Pike & E Pine · The Corridor
The best units face the interior courtyard or north toward the park. The noise question kills deals — unless you know which buildings solved it.
Summit Ave & E Olive Way
The views toward downtown are unobstructed from the upper floors, light rail is two blocks east, and the housing stock is still priced below North Capitol Hill.
